1973 - I was like 7 when this came out....... I remember seeing a production of this at the old Mercury Theatre when I was about 10 - and recently bought the DVD - STUNNING!!!! I am not particularly religious but there is something about this show... that always just GETS ME! Just a couple of the standout performances if you can get your hands on this DVD just DO IT!
